What sets us apart
At our company, website and eShop creation is not limited to standard solutions. We focus on creating unique, personalized projects that meet the real needs and goals of each client. Below we present the reasons that differentiate us from the competition.
Personalized design
We do not use ready-made design templates, limiting the client's needs to the capabilities of the template, but we create a new and different template for each client, adapting the template to the needs of the client's business.
- Specifically, we design templates in three versions:
- Based on the type of business, its logo and the design trends of the time, without involving the client.
- Based on the client's general instructions or specific websites that the client likes.
- Based on the design standards we receive from a graphic designer who has collaborated with the client in a previous phase.
Specialized code
We adapt code or develop new ones, in order to satisfy sophisticated functional and aesthetic needs on our clients' websites, which due to their specificity cannot be satisfied by any content management system, eshop platform or extension.
- Some examples are:
- On websites with an ESPA subsidy, we make the necessary changes so that they are compatible with people with disabilities and at the same time can be upgraded without affecting compatibility.
- In a florist's e-shop, we excluded from the available product delivery dates all Sundays, except holidays, and the current day when the time is after 6:00 PM.
- On a marketing services website, we added code so that articles added to a category automatically form an active list of contents, for better visitor navigation and easier content management by the website owner.
- On a website for a glove company, we customized the product catalog so that, for each product, the images with the available color variations are automatically detected and the corresponding options are displayed to the visitor. This way, the website administrator only needs to add and remove images for each product, without changing the content in each product or adjusting the mechanism for displaying options for the different colors.
- In an e-shop with nail products, a page with custom code was created, which automatically displays in a list the company's advertising and promotional files (images, videos, banners, brochures, etc.), intended for use by the company's partners. The automatic features of the list are: a) conversion of file names into links with an appropriate icon depending on the file type, b) grouping of files/links by month in reverse chronological order, c) automatic deletion of files older than 6 months, d) restriction of access with a password. The e-shop administrator simply needs to upload the new files without any other administrative burden.
Simplicity in management
We customize the website management so that content management is as easy as possible for the website owner.
- Some examples are:
- The back-end text editor presents the content in the same way as the front-end, making it easier to modify the content.
- We have built our own extensions that separate content from functionality. This way, the website owner can easily change the title, image, etc., without getting involved in complex settings that may disrupt the proper functioning of the website.
- Pages with sophisticated content structures, such as for example the work samples of an architectural firm or the rooms of a hotel or the electrical equipment products or the juicer products or the services of a VIP transport company, are accompanied by separate content fields, for easier information entry but also better aesthetic presentation. For example, each work sample of an architectural firm consists of a title, description, main image, photo gallery, project type, location, services, etc. and for each case there is a different content field.
Support and maintenance
- Some real examples are:
- The owner of an online flower shop uploaded product images that were a) the wrong height-to-width ratio and b) too large. The result was a) the uniformity of the product images was reduced and b) the page became more bulky and slow. We informed him of the problem and gave him instructions on how to fix the ratio and compress the images.
- The owner of an online art magazine was adding new articles but was experiencing minor problems at the end of the article text. We discovered that his browser was infected with a virus and was unknowingly adding illegal advertising code to every article he wrote (not only on the website but also in general). We cleaned up the malicious code and provided instructions to get rid of the virus.
- The owner of a law firm website was adding articles to the blog but with lots of spaces at the end, a habit that comes from Word. We corrected the unnecessary spaces and pointed out how to avoid the mistake.
